By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Refund & Return Policy. We’re committed to ensure that you have a delightful experience shopping with us.
We sell whole cakes and spreads, which are fresh, perishable, and made to order.
For this reason, we maintain a strict no-return, and no-cancellation policy.
2.1 All Sales Are Final
We do not issue refunds or accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered
- Customer error in order details
- Personal preference or taste
- Situations outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic delays, etc.)
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2.2 Pickup & Delivery
Failed Pickup
Orders not collected at the scheduled time will not be refunded, remade, or stored for later pickup.
Delivery Issues (If Applicable)
If the address entered is incorrect or no one is available to receive the delivery:
- The order is considered delivered
- No refund or replacement will be provided
2.3 Order Issues / Exceptions
We acknowledge sometimes things don’t go in our favour. If your item arrives in less than perfect condition (eg, melted, broken, defective), you must contact us within 2 hours of receiving it, including:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the item and packaging (email/ whatsapp it to us)
- A description of the issue
EXCEPTIONS:
Delivery Delays: No refunds will be issued for late deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Out-of-Stock Items: In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock and we cannot fulfil it as promised, we will promptly notify you. You will have the option to receive a full refund either in the form of store credit or to your original payment method, based on your preference.
If the issue is verified at our discretion, we may offer:
- A replacement or
- Store credit refund
Cash refunds are never provided (unless specified in the ‘EXCEPTIONS’ above).
2.4 Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, or soy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details before ordering.
Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions or overlooked ingredient information.
